MyBibleBasics.com believes in the completeness of the Holy Bible as God's word and instructions for humankind… Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth. A broad goal of MyBibleBasics.com encourages lay people to create an overview Outline of the Bible in their hearts and minds.

The structure of a Outline might start with viewing: the Old Testament as the Foundation of our Christian Faith. Building on this Foundation, the life of Jesus is the Fulfillment of the Old Testament's promised Messiah and New Testament letters show the power of the Holy Spirit being with the First Followers of Jesus.

Within these three broad Outline headings (Foundations, Fulfillment, and First Followers) sub-heading can be organized chronologically around events or people, with a focus on subjects, or based upon scripture memorization. All of these suggested sub headings will assist order and recall Biblical narrative information from our memory to share with friends, neighbors, and family.

Bible study and recall for many of us provides a challenge. Connecting memory and recalling information is difficult; yet the truths of the Bible should remain vital for all of us. Our goal is to challenge users to create a outline for the Bible (much as we have outlines to recall other areas of interest; sports, art, music, etc.). Once we have an Outline for the Bible, ordering our working (short term) memory into sub headings, will assist remembering stories, narratives, subjects, and scriptures for recall and sharing from our stable long term memory!
